Up to 6 lbs. 1/4 chewable tablet 7 - 15 lbs. 1/2 chewable tablet 16 - 30 lbs. 1 chewable tablet 31 - 45 lbs. 1 1/2 chewable tablet 46 - 60 lbs. 2 chewable tablets Dogs over 60 lbs. Give 1/2 chewable tablet for every 15 lbs. of body weight. IE a 75 lb. dog is given 2 1/2 chewable tablets Should be given on an empty stomach, at least one hour before a meal for optimal absorption.
