Do you COMBINE shipping?

We combine shipping for all of our orders. Additional fees apply and vary. For most items, additional shipping costs $4.99. Please see specific auctions for full information.

WHEN can I expect my order to arrive?

We usually ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. US orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days of being shipped. International orders might take up to 3 weeks, but they are usually delivered within two weeks.

Do you ship INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to most countries. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries if we expect to have customs problems. Can you send my item as a GIFT or DECLARE LOWER VALUE?

I paid for my 2 orders in the same day. Will they be SHIPPED TOGETHER?

Please wait until all of the auctions have ended and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us. Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed with payment.

Where can I get my TRACKING number?

We will email you your tracking number once we process your order. All of our packages are safely insured.

Will I have to pay DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES on ordered items?

Any custom fees due for payment upon order delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot say with certainty how much duties will you be paying upon order receipt. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations and restrictions for details on this issue.

What kind of WARRANTY is provided for the watches?

Since most of the items are close-out deals, manufacture warranty is not available.

Do you have a STORE and where is it located?

We do not have a showroom or a physical store. All sales are done via eBay.

Domestic Shipping

US orders will be delivered by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or FedEx services. Shipping method depends on order value and size. International orders will be delivered by USPS International Priority, Express, or FedEx International. Shipping method (USPS or FedEx) will depend on the package value, size, and evaluated risk factor of each country.

All orders will normally be shipped 2 business days after a cleared payment is received (Please remember that an e-Check takes 5-7 business days to clear completely). Generally, all US packages arrive 3-5 business days. Most international packages are delivered within 10 business days, but can very well exceed 14 or more days due to postal office or customs clearance delays.

Information for International Buyers

We ship to every country in the world. We will send you tracking numbers when items are shipped. We insure all of our packages. Delivery is usually 14 days after shipping, unless your customs delay packages. International customs may delay your packages.

We will do everything possible to address any questions from your customs officers. So far, none of our packages were returned by foreign customs.

Please be advised that temporarily we reserve a right for watches or other items containing ANIMAL PRODUCTS (i.e. python, crocodile, alligator, and similar skin straps) not to be shipped internationally.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company (Postal Office or FEDEX) or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations do not allow such behavior.

International Shipping Costs

WE ARE NOT MAKING ANY PROFIT ON SHIPPING. We charge $29 to ship most of our items outside of US (less for Canada, and more for expensive items). Each additional item is $4.99. Usual package from California to France costs us $39.10, so we are in fact losing money on shipping in order to give you a better deal.
