■ Payment
  - Payment should only be made via Qoo10 with either Credit Card
  - We do not accept any direct payment as part of adhering to the terms and conditions

■ Shipment
  - Package is processed and dispatched from overseas and it may take 7~10 business days a day after order received.
  - Order received on Friday will be dispatched on coming Monday.
  - Order received during Weekends/ Holidays will be processed the closest business day.

■ Notice on Overseas Delivery
  - All order will be handed by very trustable delivery compaines. once a package arrives Singapore, Singgapore local
    delivery company will deliver to where the custom designated.
  - There may be cases of the Custom requiring customer to show their ID, it is an official process to verify customers and recipients.

■ Returns
  - One to one exchange upon 7 days of receipt and the buyer will have to bear all the shipping costs back.
