Dear E-Shopper,

We would really appreciate that you could check with us if you do not know how to pair the device. All bluetooth in the market need to be pair before you can use on your devices and there is currently no plug n play bluetooth as far as we know.

However, let us share with you the step on how to pair your bluetooth to your devices:

1) press and hold on the on/off button for about 5-10 seconds until you see 2 blinking light appear simultaneously.

2) turn on your bluetooth on the device that you wish to connect to and scan for bluetooth

3) pair the bluetooth which your device found

4) let your device do the work and it will auto connect once pair is completed.

*above is only a one time setup, you will only need to repeat the above when you unpair your bluetooth from your device.
