PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops (38.1g) with 8-10 fl.oz. of water. Stir briskly or shake well in a closed container until completely mixed. The amount of liquid may vary depending on thickness desired. Please view dosage chart on label.
