Quercetin is a non-citrus bioflavonoid that possess beneficial antioxidant qualities, by scavenging damaging particles in the body known as free radicals. These particles occur naturally in the body but can damage cell membranes, interact with genetic material, and possibly contribute to the aging process. Antioxidants such as quercetin can neutralize free radicals and may reduce or even help prevent some of the damage they cause. Vitamin C helps fight the cell-damaging free radicals that can lead to oxidative stress and the premature aging of cells. Vitamin C is also involved in collagen formation, which is important for healthy nails, skin, hair and connective tissue. DIRECTIONS: For adults, take four (4) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
