EFEK FARMAKOLOGI :
1. Zingiberis rhizoma ekstrak
Dikenal dengan nama jahe, mengandung zat aktif minyak atsiri 1,8 cineole yang berfungsi merangsang saraf pusat untuk menekan batuk. Ekstrak jahe juga mengandung oleoresin dan gingerol yang berbau harum khas jahe yang berfungsi untuk merangsang, mengencerkan dahak sehingga mudah untuk dikeluarkan, khasiat lain mencegah dan mengobati mual & muntah karena jahe mampu memblok serotonin yaitu senyawa kimia yang dapat menyebabkan perut berkontraksi sehingga timbul rasa mual. Jahe juga mengandung enzim pencernaan yaitu protease dan lipase sehingga dapat membantu memperbaiki pencernaan dan memperkuat lambung.
2. Andrographis folium ekstrak
Sambiloto, zat aktif andrografolid ( zat pahit ) berkhasiat sebagai antibiotik alami untuk mengobati infeksi pernapasan atas yang menyebabkan batuk & sakit tenggorokan.
3. Clerodendron radix
Dikenal dengan akar senggugu, mengandung glikosida fenol, sitosterol, dan asam seratogenat yang berkhasiat bronkodilator ( melonggarkan saluran napas ), antimikroba ( menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri ) dan banyak digunakan untuk pengobatan batuk yang disertai alergi, asma, dan bronkhitis.

EFFECT OF PHARMACOLOGY:
1. Zingiberis rhizoma extract
Known as ginger, it contains 1.8 cineole essential oil active ingredients that stimulates the central nervous system to suppress cough. Ginger extract also contains oleoresin and gingerol that smells typical of ginger that serves to stimulate, dilute the sputum so easy to remove, other properties to prevent and treat nausea & vomiting because ginger is able to block serotonin is a chemical compound that can cause the stomach to contract so that nausea arises. Ginger also contains digestive enzymes such as proteases and lipases that can help improve digestion and strengthen the stomach.
2. Andrographis folium extract
Sambiloto, active substance andrografolid (bitter substance) efficacious as a natural antibiotic to treat upper respiratory infections that cause cough & sore throat.
3. Clerodendron radix
Known as senggugu root, it contains phenol glycosides, sitosterols, and fiber-acidic acids which are efficacious bronchodilators (loosen airways), antimicrobial (inhibits bacterial growth) and are widely used for the treatment of cough with allergies, asthma, and bronchitis.
