Note to all buyers: The tempered glass listed is not full coverage, it is unable to completely fufill the edging sides of the phone due to the curvature variation of it. A fully covered tempered glass from edge-to-edge will cause 'halo effect' - which means the screen protector will not fully stick at the edge in long term thus causing dust etc to stick, furthermore the screen protector quality is compromised. Before buying our product please do consider this issue. Thanks!

Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. All orders are shipped out using SINGPOST only.
2. All orders will take 3 working days to process.
3. Any mail loss or delay in transit is responsible by SINGPOST.
4. If ‘Singpost Normal Mail’ is selected as choice of delivery, please bear in mind the risk of loss or delay. We will not be responsible for any liabilities once goods are in transit.
5. If ‘Registed Mail’ is selected as choice of delivery, we are obligated to provide tracking number to customer once orders are confirmed. Similarly to normal mail, we will not be responsible for any liabilties once goods are in transit. 
   
   

Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Goods itself is defect. (E.g. Bubbles are present before handling it.)
2. Goods are cracked or damaged explicitly upon delivery.
3. All exchange and refunds have to be backed up with photo evidence.
4. Disclaimer: Goods that are damage by removal of any form of protection is not counted as defect and thus, we will not exchanged products in this case.
   
5. Note: Goods are quality checked and pictures will be taken with the address of buyer before sending out to prevent any dispute.
   
   

 Disclaimers

1. All goods purchase come with warranty that last for a period of 2 weeks. The warranty serves as a purpose for claims of defect, damaged or cracked goods. Cracks on protector after consuming will not be considered as defects and is not exchangeable or refundable.
2. Do not peel off the protective adhesive layer on goods if it’s defect. Once protective film is peeled off, we will not process your query for exchange or refund.
3. We will not be responsible for defects (such as cracks, bubbles, scratches) caused due to incorrect or poor installation on buyer’s part.
4. For orders lost or delayed in transit, we will not bear responsible and compensation as you have accept the risk of the liabilities when you purchase with non-registered mail. Please do note that we will not re-send products for non-registered mail.
