Fazenda Rainha has been in the Carvalho Dias family since 1890. Gabriel de Carvalho currently manages the farm. The farm is exceptional in producing bourbon coffee. This coffee is grown at 900-1250 masl, processed using the natural method, with rum and raisin, pecan, buttered fruit toast and taffy in the final cup.
