Shipping

The shipping rate will differ from item as we are not controllable of the shipping rate. Please see individual item page.

Do note the following :

Singpost Local Mail: All local mail are not traceable. If this option is selected, missing item will be at buyer’s responsibility.

Singpost Registered Mail : Secured and buyer can have a peace of mind of their purchased item. This service required someone who received it and endorse on the document.

Qxpress Shipping: This is a 3rd party service and once item is picked up by Qxpress, the tracking code will be made available in the Qoo10 system. In the event that delivery takes longer than usual, please understand that it is beyond our control. It usually arrives within 1 – 3 days to your designated doorstep.


Return / Refund Policy

Any item/s sold are non-refundable.

All item/s will be inspected thoroughly for manufacturing defects before mailing out.

Exchange may be considered in the case of prominent manufacturer defects*.

Exchange will be possible if wrong items are delivered by Brandz Fashion’s fault and the cost for returning to Brandz Fashion and re-delivering to buyer will also be borne by Brandz Fashion.

If defective item is the last available stock, we will refund the full cost back upon receiving the defected item.

*The following reasons may not be considered as manufacturer’s defects:
a)  Minor stains, wrinkles or minor thread frays on bag, wallet and on any fabric item.
b) Colour differences is very subjective of actual product compared to pictures.
c) Product damage during delivery process.
d) Deliberately damage of item such that it may warrant for an exchange.

We do not accept the below cases :

- Over 3 days from receiving our item/s.
- If item/s are opened / used or damaged.
- Sending your item/s without prior notification to us.

How to exchange
- All request must be received by email to : brandzfashion0@gmail.com

- Brandz Fashion will investigate and reply your exchange request within 3 working days.

- Item/s eligible for the exchange, customer has to bear full delivery charges, including Registered Mail to our address or alternatively customer may meet up strictly only at Ngee Ann City.

-Exchange items will only be process once the incurred charge has been received and confirmed.

- Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchanges will be nulled or void.
