Krill oil is a natural source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids. Bioglan Calamari Gold + Red Krill Oil also contains astaxanthin, a red coloured antioxidant and carotenoid, that contributes to the red colour of red krill oil. The capsule has no fishy after taste and is completely odourless.

Directions
Adults - Take 1 capsule daily.
For Heart Health: Take 4 capsules daily with food.
