ComfortSlings are not intended for support. They are uniquely designed to relieve under-breast discomfort from yeast infections, skin rashes, fungus and other irritations due to excessive perspiration and poor circulation beneath the breasts. Soft cushions wick away moisture and protect the breasts from harsh abrasion of skin-to skin-contact on inflamed areas.

The double sling is worn any time it is feasible to be without the support of a bra, especially while sleeping. When both protection and support are required, we recommend wearing the ComfortSlings strapless cushion inside your regular bra.

Sizing is based on shirt sizes. Women wearing sizes up to size 12 should purchase a REGULAR sling (cushions 8-inches in length / 1 1/2-inches in diameter); women wearing sizes 14 - women's 3X need a PLUS sized sling (cushions 9-inches in length / 1 1/2-inches in diameter). Sizes larger than women's 3X should the EXTRA PLUS size. There is no Extra-Plus Double Sling, but two EXTRA-PLUS Single Slings, worn cross-body, serve the same purpose as a double sling.
