Max Capacity was designed to enhance mental focus and ventilatory/lactate threshold through a number of different mechanisms. Max Capacity contains cordyceps, one of the few components know to raise lactate threshold and increase mitochondrial ATP output.

A fungi of the mushroom family, with a long history of use in alternative medicine. It is classified as entomopathogenic, because it lives off insects. It is known as the "caterpillar fungus" because it invades and eventually replaces the caterpillar tissue. It has very active biological components in the form of polysaccharides and constitutes like cordycepic acid, which have shown to alter lactate threshold and mitochondrial ATP generation.

RHODIOLA ROSEA: A potent adaptogen that has been the focus of much research. Rhodiola provides a buffer to stress-related mental and physical fatigue. ALPHA-GPC: Alpha-glycerophosphocholine is a form of choline that is highly bioavailable, and is classified as a cholingeric. Cholinergics are compounds that, after consumption, increase levels of acetylcholine in the brain. Increased acetylcholine can lead to improvements in muscle power and contraction, as well as possibly increased reflexes and capacity to learn.
ELEUTHEROCOCCUS SENTICOSUS: Commonly known as Siberian Ginseng or in Chinese medicine Ci Wu Ju. Although it is not related to true ginseng (Panax ginseng), the name Siberian ginseng became popular based on potential properties similar to Panax ginseng. This adaptogenic herb has both properties of increasing work capacity and immunity. Increased work capacity is thought to be due to increased oxygen efficiency through FFA use.
