Using Instruction:
1. Unlock the metal clamp loop part from the hook
2. Insert the band into the metal clamp loop
3. Apply tourniquet to the bleeding part, lock the clamp, pull the band tightly and fasten it
4. Twist the rod until bright red bleeding stop
5. Place the rod inside the clip and lock
6. Circle the band around the extremity and over the windlass rod
7. Secure the rod and band with the strap, adhere it to the opposite hook on the windlass clip
