Shipping & Handling
- All items will be posted out within 3 working days via Singpost SmartPac or Qxpress.
- We have no control over the delivery lead time. Through feedbacks, most of our customers received their items within 1-3 business days, from the date of posting.
- From time to time, we may choose to self-deliver the items if we deemed that as more beneficial to both parties. However, shipping fees, if any, will NOT be refunded.
Refund, Return or Exchange
We accept refund, return or exchange of the item that has been delivered, on conditions that :
- the item must be returned to us or exchanged WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of delivery, in a new and unused condition and contain all materials included with the shipment.
- Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer has to pay for the return shipping fee or carry in to our store. UNLESS it was an unintentional mistake made by us.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for all voluntarily returned(exchange inclusive) items. This includes wrong options/products purchased by the customers/buyers.
