LED Lamps : Items are strictly checked & tested in good working conditions before shipping. No warranty/refund/exchange will be given once shipped.
Delivery Time : Items will be posted out within 1-2 working days upon receiving payments, to ensure that our customers receive their items asap. Ususal delivery time is btw 2-5 working days upon shipment, excld PH/weekends. Please understand SingPost/QExpress delivery date/time/personnels are not within our control in cases of later than expected delivery.
Normal Mail : a.k.a loss/damaged mail/items at your own risk. No refund/exchange/cancellation for any loss/damage of items send via Normal Mail

Address : Please ensure the address provided is correct. No refund/resend of items will be given for incorrect address. If mail is returned to our SIN/HK office, buyer to bear re-postage cost. Please note that re-mailing might take more than 1 month
Cancellation/Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
No cancellation/return/refund/exchange is allowed once items have been shipped out. Therefore it is important that you notify us via our email beequeen188@gmail.com within 24hr of placing your order if you need to make changes to your purchases. Thank you for your understanding.
All items approved via email for return/refund/exchange – do return items to BeeQueen’s local address (we will bear your postage cost of up to $1) before any replacement/refund can be given/deliver to you. Thank you for your understanding.
