Q: How long does it take to make?

A: Waiting time is approximately 3-7 days from payment confirmation before mailing.

Q: Are the pads reversible?

A: Yes

Q: What is the difference between straight and curved pads? Which is better for my carrier?

A: Straight pads cover only to the extent of the strap itself. Curved ones however, also covers part of the inner corner where the cloth meet the strap. Different users have different preference, so it all depends on you :)

Q: Does it fit (insert carrier name)?

A: Our current range of straight pads fit carrier straps less than 7 inches circumference (Eg: Tula).
