Import duties， taxes and charges are not included in the price of freight. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country\'s office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Payment

1. we prefer escrow payment (fast， easy and safe). Please note that no refund will be released in the same way， the buyer to pay us.

2. if you can\'t payment immediately after auction close， please wait for a few minutes and payment must be made within 3 days

The packaging of goods

1. items will be before we send inspection and packing is good， in order to ensure our customers receive it in good condition.

2. the project will be shipped within 3 days after payment confirmation.

3. we only ship to confirm the order. Your order address must match your shipping address.

4. this is not the actual items and pictures for your reference only.

5. service is provided by the carrier， shipping time does not include weekends and holidays. Shipping time may vary， especially during the holiday season.

6. if you don\'t have a payment within 30 days after receipt of the goods， please contact us. We will track the goods， reply back to you as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is our aim!

Ensure a refund

1. 12 months manufacturer\'s limited warranty flawed projects (not including goods damage and/or abuse after receipt). Accessories for a little bit of 3; one month warranty.

2. contact us， you have 7 days return received within 30 days of the date. If this is in you have more than 7 days， is thought to be using it， we will not issue you a refund or replacement. The freight shall be borne by the buyers.

3. all items must be returned in the original packaging， must provide us with the shipping tracking number， specific reason， your order #.

4. we will bear all the freight cost if the product (s) (are) not as advertising.
