The medium roasted and GROUND Farm Blend is a well-balanced coffee. It is naturally sweet and brings forth a gentle combination of chocolate and nuts. Enjoy the convenience of ground beans as your everyday coffee. This is our 2-lb, family-size pack. You will be able to brew over 66 cups (8oz) of coffee, which means a cup of coffee nirvana will cost you around $0.30. That is not bad for an awesome cup of coffee. Don't you agree? Do not see oils on the bean's surface? Our low emission roaster utilizes convection heat and provides an oxygen-less roasting environment. The heat consistently penetrates the core of the coffee beans and develops a more aromatic and flavorful coffee. The Farm Blend medium roast will present a lighter color when compared to coffees roasted in traditional coffee roasters due to minimum amounts or absence of oils. Are coffee oils bad? YES! They destroy coffee equipment like grinders and espresso makers. They also cause coffee beans to quickly become rancid, which is not good for the flavor nor your health.
