Operation Manual: Normal and safe running of the scooter depends on correct installation and operation.
Installing:
Step 1: Fix The T-tube and Front Fork
1) Open the Quick Release;
2) Press the button, put the Front Fork through the Head Pipe upward, and fix the T-tube to the Front Fork downward;
3) Fasten the Quick Release.
Step 2: Fix The Handlebars
1) Take the Handlebars from the Fixture, press the Buttons and fix them to the T-tube;
2) The Buttons should aim to the Holes and bulge from them.
Step 3: Adjust The Height of T-tube
1) Open the Upper Quick Release, pull the T-tube upward, fasten the Quick Release at suitable height.
Warning : Do not put your fingers into any of the hinge joints when unfolding or folding the scooter.
Before Riding:
1) Make sure the scooter is unfolded correctly, and all bolts are fastened securely.
2) Read this Manual over again, especially the warnings.
When Riding:
1) Put one of your feet on the step board, the other push the scooter forward.
2) Press the rear brake with one of your feet if needed.
