P9 is a hybrid headphone amplifier consisted of FU32 tube and TI NE5532 OP-amp. Both its tube and OP-amp are replaceable and you can upgrade the device by yourself, which can provide much more playability.
FU32 replacement tube mode: GU-32 / 832 etc; NE5532 replacement op-amp model: OPA2111 / OPA2604 / OPA2132 / OP275 / OPA2107 / JRC4558 / MUSES02 / LM4562 etc.(TIPs: P9 can push headphones up to 600Ω if being upgraded to high current OP amp.)
Its sound output is warm and emotional. All frequencies are blanced and are full of analog style and tubue flavor. Its low frequency is intense and powerful, while its high frequency is very accurate and won''t split.
Stereo L/R RCA and 3.5mm jack 2-ways audio input (3.5mm audio jack has priority); While using RCA input, please place the RCA audio cable away from the transformer to avoid noise.
