The Geigerrig Guardian Hydration Pack is a true piece of equipment with a 70 oz Pressurized Reservoir. Holstering Geigerrig''s reversible, dishwasher safe, pressurized hydration reservoir is certainly one of its hallmark qualities; however, adding the compression shell design of the Guardian pack creates a unique pack platform that is perfect for downhill mountain-biking, alpine skiing, moto cross, obstacle course racing, etc. Back frame contains an internal Guardian plate made of structurally engineered plastic. Pack contains a small internal sleeve that holsters the Geigerrig pressurized hydration reservoir with its respective water and air chambers. Face of the pack is an exposed Guardian Plate that is fixed firmly in position by two compression straps that allow the plate to be synched down on top of the pressurized reservoir. The result is a low profile, high pressure spray, that adds impact absorbing protection. One of the Geigerrig packs that inspired Spartan Race to choose Geigerrig as their official hydration pack supplier. The simple spray action of this Geigerrig hydration system enables the water to be sprayed for cooling, cleaning, and sharing. It also allows you to drink water without having to wrap your lips around a bite valve that has been drug through mud and slew. Spray action of Geigerrig enables the use of a Geigerrig plug-n-play, in-line water filter for on-the-go filtration of water found along the trail. Refill from a stream; pressurize the reservoir; and then plug in the small, lightweight Geigerrig filter. Carry less water; use the water as you need for cooling, cleaning and sharing; and refill from water found along your route. At day''s end, turn the reservoir inside out to clean and dry.
