<br />Troubleshooting:
<br />1. If the first voice prompt didn t come out, please press the black reset button for 10 seconds to reset the camera.
<br />2. If the second voice prompt and the beep didn t come out, WiFi SmartConnection or QR Code scan failed, please check the lens and wipe it clean then raise the brightness of your mobile phone, the distance between the lens and the phone must be around 20cm.                  3 If the third voice prompt didn t come out, it means the camera can t get the ip address from the router, please restart the WiFi router and try again.
<br />4. If the forth voice prompt didn t come out, it means server connection failed, probable causes product ID issue, network problem, WiFi router problem, please send the mac address to the seller.

<br /> . What if the Android device can t get connected to wifi?
<br />Before the Android devices get connected with WiFi router, the GPS service must be turned on. After installation is complete, you will be asked to turn on the GPS service when you use the app at the first time, if you choose not to turn on the GPS service, please uninstall and reinstall the app again.

<br /> . Please make sure the camera has been reseted before you add the device in your Eyeplust  account. Method of operation: Press the press the black reset button for 10 seconds to reset the camera until hear the voice prompt.

<br /> . This product only support 2.4GHz WiFi, If you are using a 5GHz WiFi, please switch  to 2.4/5GHz dual Mode,  the phone must connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi before add the camera in the Eyeplus app.
