Herbal Chicken Soup Spices
How to prepare:
All you need is:
1. 1 sachet of spices
2. 500g skinless chicken meat
3. 1 canned of button mushrooms (425g)
4. 10g snow fungus - must soak in water till soften (optional)
6 bowls of water (50oz)
How to cook:
1. Boil 50oz of water
2. Remove sachet from packaging and place it into the boiling water
3. Put in all other ingredients
4. Simmer for 45mins to 1hr on low heat
5. Turn off and garnish with spring onion and serve.
