Instructions:
Wash your feet using warm water and a soap-free cleanser to avoid drying out the skin
You can apply your own moisturizing lotion, cream or oil to your feet to get a better result, then put the gel heel socks on 3-5 times a week. Each usage lasts about 30-60 minutes. You can use it while sleeping or relaxing at home
The nutritional moisture components will be absorbed and become less and less after multiple usage.
Replacement is suggested after 4-6 months of use
