Step 4: Double check n Confirm spelling n wording
IMPORTANT: Strictly No changes to be made after submittion

Add to Cart n proceed with payment in Qoo10

Step 5 (optional):
If u have chosen design with picture
Send one of yr kid’s best photo (file size should be ard 1mb)
  to info@partyday.com.sg

The designer will do changes of the brightness, size or crop to make it fit nicely for banner printing
in the event, that the picture resolution is too low or not suitable for large print, we will
request another picture from you. Otherwise, we will send direct for printing.

Note: The wordings will be follow exactly on what u have entered initially when order
Strictly no changes to the wordings.

FAQs 

 

How to hang these birthday banner ? 

The Banner is very light weight and have mounting hole for string..
You can use double side tape or tape to paste it on wall.
If you are afraid of damaging your wall,
you can use 3M Damage Free Hanging to hang the banner.
These products can hold up to 7kg.
Price cost from $3-5 onwards from various departmental store or DIY outlet in shopping mall.

How the banner is packed and delivered ?

It take abt minimum 3-5 working days to be printed
and another 3-5 working day to delivered to yr doorstep
for the banner to be in your hand is: total expected lead time is at least 1week

The Banner will be rolled up and packed nicely for delivery
 

Can I have other Banner sizes ?

Currently, we are offering only the standard sizes found in the selection column.
If u require a other sizes, kindly contact us and we can give u a quote.

The resolution and size of the picture ?
(apply only to banner selection with picture)

 Photo that are taken from internet such as facebook is confirm low resolution.
Preferably taken directly from Camera.

Printing of low resolution picture will result in blurred image
and have a big contrast on the sharp wording and background.

If u r not sure whether it is high/low resolution picture,
just check the file size. If file size is in KB – kilobyte it is low Res
. In MB-Mega-byte is high res.

Can I change the banner fonts type?
To ensure consistency on the printed banner.
 The Banner Font,Color, Big or Small letter n positioning is fixed as per the sample
* if the provided wording is very long, pls expect the font to be smaller
so as to fit the wording into the banner

, Pls ensure that u key in the exact and correct wording wanted for banner when ordering.
Strictly no amendment or cancellation.

Will there be a pre-lim artwork for us to see?
As the banner are fixed design, pre-lim artwork is not necessary.
we will send direct to our factory for printing.
This is to ensure fast delivery of your banner.

What if i discover spelling is wrong or
have second mind on the wording?
The wording will be based exactly on what you keyed in during ordering.
