(1) Please call us at +65 6333 5409 at least 1 working days in advance (in order for us to prepare your order)

(2) Please bring along a copy of your Qoo10 Receipt* during collection

(3) Please bring along a letter of authorization letter if collecting on behalf of someone else

(4) Please redeem before the expiry date stated on the Qoo10 Receipt. No refund/cancellation will be entertained after that.
