PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
Once a day, or more often if you would like, mix 1 tablespoon of Maximum Greens Complete into 8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Stir briskly or shake briefly in a closed container until completely mixed.
