LOCAL: Packages will be delivered in approximately 3 to 5 Working Days via Sing Post.
After Shipping out, there May be a Delay due to Other Issues. NO Tracking is available for NORMAL MAIL. We will NOT be responsible for LOST Items sent by “NORMAL" MAIL” Postage. There will be NO Replacement under this Option
REGISTERED MAIL: Registered Mail has an additional Charge of SGD$2.50 on top of Normal Mail Charge (for certain item only). A Tracking Number will be issue for Tracking of parcels via Sing Post/Speed Post. Packages are delivered in approximately 2 to 5 Working Days after Shipping out BUT may be delayed due to other issues. Customers are encourage to Opt for “Registered Mail” (additional SGD$2.80) to ensures Delivery to the provided Address successfully. Therefore, if you require Poof of Shipping, kindly Opt for this.
