the card is not activated, so you need to activate the card. the period is for 15days from the date of activation.
activation date by: 31 March, 2018(valid until 14th April by the latest activation on 31st March)
*for iphone users, you need the internet connection for installation of APN. So we recommend to do it before your flight (in Changi airport)
For i phone users, please delete the installed APN profile after coming back to Singapore.
Go to Setting > General > scroll down & find APN profile
> Delete APN profile
*for Xiaomi users, currently it was reported that our card cannot be used on the Xiaomi devices 
*For Dual Sim Phone users, it was reported our sims cannot be used.
*No wifi routers are recommended due to difficulty in settings.
*If usage reaches 7.5GB, the speed will slow down to 200kbps. 
*daily limitation of 500MB
