1.0 TERMS & CONDITIONS EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY!         

Items are strictly checked & tested which will have to go through Quality Check before we ship the goods to you. 

If LED machine is found to be manufacturing faulty within 3 days from the date you receive the product, please hand carry it to our provided location we will allow 1 to 1 exchange. (You must inform us immediately with proof within the 3 days period, otherwise it will not be valid and after 3 days we will not accept any exchange) *Do note that this is case by case basis as we will perform a check the machine if it is faulty or due to user misuse / drop the machine/ damaged / due to your electrical household. 
*3 days is inclusive of all days in the week Monday-Sunday (Monday to Sunday)

*Terms & Conditions
3 Days Exchange/Return Policy Void under these conditions below. We will verify and check the machine during this 3 days period only.
Whether it is unintentionally or not, 3 Days Exchange/Return Policy if the machine is Misused/ abused by buyer/ any modification by buyer/ damaged/ self-open machine / dropped the lamp on the ground/ no proper cleaning / while cleaning water enter the machine/ over stress or use the machine when the machine is very hot, you should let it rest /due to your electrical house hold electricity caused the machine to over charge etc, 3 days exchange will be void and therefore no exchange or refund will be given.
Buyer is solely responsible to take good care of your machine!

Strictly No exchange or warranty or refund after over the 3days period, if buyer wants to send back for any repair, buyer must pay the shipping cost (2 ways shipping) to and fro the Overseas manufacturer and if there is any repair cost, buyer should bear the repair cost as well. As this product is export set from overseas and it is not local product. Sale Price is not inclusive of warranty.

1.1 PURCHASE WARRANTY!       

*This is valid if only you have purchase 1 Year Warranty from us. Please make sure to click the option 1 Year Warranty before you make payment. Otherwise there is no warranty for your lamp.
1 Year warranty repair services covered everything. If you did not pay for 1 year warranty, it means that you are NOT entitled for 1 Year Warranty. In otherwords, you did not pay for warranty, means you do not have the 1 year warranty full coverage.

**Buyers must read the 1.0 and 1.1 Terms and Condtions, Exchange/Return Policy and warranty before purchase. Once buyer made the purchase, buyer have agreed to the terms and conditions on our this website.  RE-DELIVERY CHARGE!                          

*If there is no one at home to receive the parcel when the courier deliver to you up to 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to us & there will be additional Re-Delivery Fee of $4.00 chargeable by the courier company!

Buyer have to bear re-shipping cost if you have provided incorrect address.

If your parcel is being returned to our workplace address due to no one is at home to collect the parcel or did not re-schedule for re-delivery, buyer have to bear the re-shipping cost of $4.00.

1 Payment

1.1 Sales Order
All Sales Orders submitted to iCrownPassion through the iCrownPassion Qoo10 Online Store are subject to our acceptance. Sales Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and iCrownPassion will take place on the dispatch to you of the purchased Goods, and until that time we reserve the right to reject your Sales Order. iCrownPassion shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfil any Sales Order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a Sales Order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In such event, we shall refund to the customer the price of the Goods purchased.


1.2 Price
iCrownPassion Qoo10 Online Store endeavours to offer you competitive prices on all current products. iCrownPassion reserves the right to change prices for the products displayed at the iCrownPassion Online Store at any time.

2 Errors on Website
Prices and availability of Goods are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and iCrownPassion reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after a Sales Order has been submitted and whether or not the Sales Order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
3 Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

3.1 Sales Cancellation
iCrownPassion reserves the right to refund you the Price of any Goods which has been paid and received by iCrownPassion, even after the relevant Sales Order is confirmed and payment has been received by us, in lieu of delivery or supply of such Goods.


3.2 Exchange / Return Policy
iCrownPassion reserves the right to prove or disprove that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery. *Please note that exchange must be within the date stated on iCrownPassion individual product listing site. Every listing has different terms and conditions. Please read the terms and condition on the listing site of the product you have purchased from.
• Bring the product back, with your valid purchase receipt from iCrownPassion.
• On returning the Goods, please note that free gifts, vouchers, original packaging, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
• If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. In the event of a refund, the Price paid with respect to the relevant Goods shall automatically be refunded using the mode of payment with which the purchase was made. Please note the normal processing time for refund requests is 2 - 4 weeks from date of request.

4 Product Warranty
With respect to iCrownPassion branded Goods, we make no warranties except those stated in the iCrownPassion warranty card supplied with your Goods, or in the case of any extended warranty issued by us, such extended warranty documentation, for which provisions, terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference. With respect to non-iCrownPassion branded Goods, such Goods are supplied and sold on an "as is where is" basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier, for any claims related to such warranties. If there is warranty, it will be stated on each iCrownPassion listing site for any product and the terms and conditions are clearly stated. Buyers must read before purchase. Once buyer made the purchase, buyer have agreed to the terms and conditions.

5 Product Display/Colours
iCrownPassion Online Store attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour, as the display of the colour depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. Where there are accessories or furnishings included in the product image, they are used purely for illustration purposes and will not be included in the final sale of the product.

There are no delivery on weekends(sat,sun). Postman does NOT work on Weekends!
