2) Do check your items once you received for any defects. Should there be a defect in the item, please notify us within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
3) Strictly no exchange of item beyond 2 weeks of item receipt. We will not be liable for loss of normal postage. We highly recommend registered postage with a top-up $2.50.
4) All exchange items will be mailed out via normal mail. To secure you item, we encourage you to top up a $2.50 for registered postage.
5) We will not be liable for the shipping cost for your return charger to us. However, we will pay for our postage to you.
6) The exchange item must be of tip top condition. We reserve the rights to decline exchange based on appearance.
7) For registered postage, we will advise you the RA tracking no. within 3 working days upon receiving your order. You may track your mail via www.singpost.com

Ans:Do Check where casing on when charging, Cause thick casing do affect the Charging. try removing it and charge=)

All item has been tested out personally before mailing out. as we wont mail spoilt pcs , which further incurring unnecessary cost for 1-1 exchange.*Mailing back and forth.
