I bought HCF to try to deal with some problems that I have recently been having with forgetfulness, poor sleep, and irritability. I have tried several other supplements meant to improve mood and brain function, to no avail. I was pleasantly surprised to find that HCF is very effective, and has dramatically increased my quality of life. Since beginning to take this supplement, I have been sleeping much better. I no longer get headaches or feel tired halfway through my workday, and my mood feels much happier than before. It's almost as if HCF gives you sense of calm and good humor to tackle the challenges of the day! Thanks to HCF, I no longer feel like I'm dragging myself through the day, and that sense of mental fogginess that I previously had is gone. Since starting to take HCF, I have felt more excited to take on big projects at work and at home, I have gotten better in my job as a counselor, and even my relationship with my partner has improved, as I am no longer irritated for no reason!
