Usage duration: This material is soft and elastic. It can be used in different teeth position. Suitable for teeth which has serious displacement. Time usage approximate 6-8months.		It is elastic in moderation, suitable for teeth whereby the malposition is not serious. Time usage approximate 6-8months. It can be used as a retainer. To be used after phase 1 if need further straightening / as a retainer as it is harder than phase 1.




It's NOT advisable to jump to phase 2 as it is too hard to start with. Will feel tightness after the initial usage of trainer. Jaws will feel numb and discomfort due to retaining of teeth.

Instructions for use:
Please brush with toothpaste before using.
Should be worn 1 hour each day and overnight while sleeping.
Do keep your lips together and breathe through your nose to assist the development of the upper and lower jaws so that can achieve the correct bite.
Brush the trainer with toothpast after each use and airdry it.
DO NOT PUT IN HOT WATER ELSE THE SHAPE WILL CHANGE
