I like this product because it helps with cleaning out that stubborn stool that doesnt seem to pass thru your regular process. I did an enema (with ths product, just simple water) for a week straight, after that only when i needed too. Now it's a lot easier to empty out completely without the help of an enema. I have done colonics in the past, and this is a lot cheaper. my stomach is a lil flater, and feel a lot better. I am a big Walmart customer (me and my daughter live there..lol), so look for other reviews from me. I've used it on and off now for over a year and it works great for me. The cost is very good as well; you may come across a couple that have very little damage but then again you're paying less than $5.00 for it.
