STEP (1) First, know what Type of Mattress you have. DOES NOT WORK on Tempurpedic, Solid Memory Foam mattress, air, water or sofa bed mattress. STEP (2) Measure the depth of your sag using a yardstick and tape measure as shown in photo. You will insert this between your mattress and box to directly target the sagging area on an INNERSPRING or LATEX mattress up to 14'' thick.
STEP (3) Choose either the 1'' thick Standard (or) the 1 ½'' thick Standard Deep, which uses a 2-ply material. You want a level sleeping surface - do not create a hump.
