1. Item is exchangable only if a wrong item has been sent. Non-exchangable if item is not in original condition. For eg; packaging damaged, broken etc.
2. Request to be made via email to:
charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com with a photograph of the item within 7 days upon receiving of item.
3. Buyer has to bear the return postage fee. Seller will mail out a replacement item upon receiving the previous item wrongly sent. Refundable if item has been sold out or buyer could request for another item of the same value.
4. Charming Princess undertakes the responsibility to ensure that all goods are in good condition before mailing out and will pre-inform customers of any items that are not in good condition/sold out but inventory not updated in Qoo10's system. Customers could then request for refund through Qoo10.sg.
5. Not responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost should Normal Mail has been selected as your preferred shipping method. Please contact Singpost directly should you did not receive your items. Singpost normal mail delivery can take 2 workings ~ 1 month. Seller will ensure that item is safely packed before posting out.

3. PROMOTIONAL / DISCOUNTED AND AUCTION ITEMS (CLEARANCE ITEMS) CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
