Do I need to inflate balloon with helium gas? Or will normal air inflation be sufficient?
Yes, you will need to inflate balloon with helium gas to have the balloon stand upright. If balloon is inflated with normal, balloon will be lying horizontally on the floor. 

Do you provide helium inflation service?
Party Wholesale only sell Un-inflated (Flat packaging) balloon in Qoo10 via Qxpress shipment. May visit our website www.partywholesale.com.sg if you need to purchase balloon with helium gas. 

Alternatively may purchase balloon from us via Qoo10 and have it inflated at your nearest balloon/ florist shop as our balloons are on of the cheapest in Singapore!
