Yes (9) No (3)Flag as Inappropriate Horrible QualityI should have listened to my instinct about this bag when the sales people told me even before buying it to throw out the cooling packs because they burst. I ended up purchasing this bag anyways because of the amount of storage it had on the sides. I did replace the cooling packs with igloo ones from Target that were $1.99 but even with the same amount of packs, 4, the cooler did not keep the food cold enough. If you have chicken or anything that can go bad and needs to be kept cold, good luck because this bag doesn't insulate well at all. The worst part is that I have had my bag for only a month and a half and the straps have all broken. The carry strap and the top handle are sewed using the thread, so when my carry strap tore off from the top, it also made the carry handle tear off. The quality is sub-par and I can no longer use my bag because I have no way of carrying it. Save your money and get a different bag. Was this review helpful?
