Strapworks Polyester Webbing combines many of the benefits of nylon and polypropylene webbings while avoiding some of their shortcomings. Compared to nylon, polyester has a similar break strength, lower water absorption, better mold mildew resistance, and will not stretch. And compared to polypropylene, polyester has a higher break strength, five times the abrasion resistance, and a softer feel. For the industrious do-it-yourself (DIY) enthusiast, our webbing is fully compatible with ratchets, cams, tri-glide slides, military buckles, D-rings or any other metal or plastic webbing hardware to create your own custom straps. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination and sewing capabilities. Polyester is an ideal choice for outdoor applications such as cargo tie-downs or furniture straps, and for creating long-lasting, weather resistant products such as pet collars, leashes, bag slings, rifle slings, and webbing belts. Please note that rolls can differ in apparent size depending on how tightly the webbing is wound, but the length of the material is accurate.
