Found the texture to be too thick, causing some difficulty to apply. I'm an adult male in my early 30's who previously had a lot of acne throughout college to his late 20's. I'm now with dry skin, fine wrinkles, and have some sun damage of age spots and discolorations. This product provides some moisture, but the texture is gummy, not smooth. It solved only my dry skin problems, but clogged some pores causing some mild acne to return. The product is thick, there would be build-up of it even after using with cleansers, exfoliators and toners. The cream build-up caused problems removing white and blackheads, producing clogging pores and small inflamed bumps. I believe this formula would be best used in a very dry, winter climates such as the northeast, central, and northern rockies with people having very dry skin. I never got to see my friend so I decided to use the cream, I could see the improvement after three days. I have to say that I am 71 years old and my wrinkles are minimal but the face is starting to sag slightly. This cream has improved my eye area, my chin, around my lips, my cheeks. I use it twice daily, once at night after cleaning my face, and in the morning before putting on my make up. I have been using this cream since early December 2013 and I have seen the difference; I am so happy with how it works, how my face looks now. I am on my second jar and will continue using it.
