Ingredients : 100% Vegetable Soap: African black soap base, coconut oil and/or palm oil, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter), avena sativa (oat) kernel meal, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, plantain extract, tocopherol (vitamin E), vegetable glycerin, mineral pigment or vegetable color, essential oil blend.

My opinion 
      Whenever I get massive pimples on my forehead, I know it's time to take a break from my hair growth supplements, AKA biotin. You may have missed it, but I complained about my pimples here on the blog, and at least two blogger friends suggested that I try African black soap. I decided to try an  African black soap by Nubian Heritage.  I had a problem with the soap containing so many different products before buying it, but I decided to give it a try anyway. This black soap is a total miracle. I love the way it makes my skin look and feel after every wash. It is very gentle on the skin and does not contain a lot of harsh chemicals that will dry out the skin. It works by removing impurities from the skin, not only to remove acne, but to also stop future breakouts. The scent is not the best, but that doesn't really bother me. This product contains vitamin E that adds softness to the skin. And coconut oil, which is good at treating acne. 


 The bottom line
          This product may not be suitable for people who are allergic to oats. It works great on my oily skin, but it might work differently for you if you have sensitive skin.  Will I buy it again? Yes! It is worth the money. 
The whole bar can be cut into 6 portions this thick... 

It may not look like a normal soap, but we're definitely reordering.
