Solaray Suma Description

Suma is a Brazilian folk herb called ''para toda'' which means ''for all things'' as it is used as a panacea by the indigenous people of the Amazon. Suma contains naturally occuring beta-ecdysone, saponins and plant sterols.

Directions
Use only as directed. Take one capsule up to four times daily with a meal or glass of water.
