It is one of the best nail file out there, it is made of sand paper, so it does not split your nails like metal ones, or it does not cost you lots like glass ones, it is very gentle but it works miracle, one side is for fast filing, other is for finishing smooth touch. I will use one each time I do my manicure to reshape my nails; 2 if I am cutting my nails shorter and reshape it from scratch again. One pack = 24 pieces lasted me 6 months. For my natural nails the gray side is good for shaping without chopping length off. They're also thin for getting under the sides.
