Studies have shown that due to individual screen you will see the color different from your eyes and the real actual color. You can do your research about computers and technologies screen resolution differ from computer screen and your mobile screen. Taking photos / pictures by Cameras even with the highest mega pixels now still could not 100% capture the exact color from what your eyes see.
We will try to provide as close as possible however if you could not accept this terms and conditions then please do not buy from us! Alternatively, you may visit our store to view the real colors instead of online pictures!
We do not accept excuses that you did not read the Terms & Conditions.
Refund or Exchange will not be valid for these excuses or whatsoever reasons.

Buyer choose Normal Mail as your shipping method means you have bound to agree and accepted the Terms & Conditions. There will be NO Refund or Resend of any delayed or lost parcels by SingPost Normal Mail. It is the "SingPost Company" responsibilities to deliver your pacel and NOT the Seller as we have the evidence of SingPost Video Evidence Proof of all parcels. SingPost are the ones who handle your parcels delivery and Not the seller. With the latest technologies, all parcels have been captured by CCTV Cameras and Video Evidence Proof of all buyers parcel. We always strongly recommend buyers to choose Registered Mail / Qxpress so we could keep track of your parcels with the delivery company for any issues and we could follow up with the courier companies.

*Gelish Gel Nail Polish is made of highly breakable Glass. We will try to protect the bottle with bubble wraps. However due to Buyer chose Normal mail when the glass break during delivery, there will be NO Refund or exchange. It will not be covered by the Courier shipping company as your parcel is not registered by the Courier company. Therefore it is highly recommended to choose Registered Mail / Qxpress. Free delivery for above $100 purchases.

For exchange of Mini Led Lamp, Customer must inform us within 3 days counting from date of receiving the product. If you did not inform us during the 3 days period, we will not allow any exchange. For Exchange customers must bring down to our service center. Same policy as all retail stores for any products problem, customer must bring down to the store for checking and testing before exchange. We will test and check the lamp if it is user fault (due to your household electrical) or other problems before the exchange.
We do not accept excuses if customers do not read the Terms and Conditions.

If your parcel is being returned to our warehouse address due to no one is at home to collect the parcel or did not re-schedule for re-delivery, buyer have to bear the re-postage cost.

There are no delivery on weekends(sat,sun). Post Man does NOT work on Weekends!
