Method of operation:
1. Please detach the nut; handle and L-shaped fixed locking plate which in the center of the bean grinder.
2. One hand to lift the center screw and another to rotate the gear-shaped adjustment sheet slightly in clockwise direction to a little tight degree. Do not over-tighten.
3. Replace the L-shaped fixed locking plate and the long handle end gets stuck with any either groove of the gear-shaped adjustment sheet.
4. Regard one groove of the gear-shaped adjustment sheet as a grid.
5. Rotate 2-5 grid of the gear-shaped adjustment sheet in clockwise direction, the grinding density adapt to espresso machines and mocha pot. Rotate 6-8 grid of gear-shaped is adapt to American coffee machine, hand coffee pot and filter pressure type coffee pot and rotate 9-11grid of gear-shaped is adapt to the wind type coffee pot.
6. Clockwise is fine and counterclockwise is tight, grinding density can be fine adjustment depend on personal taste.
7. After adjust the grinding density, screw handle and nut, and then you can start to grind beans.
