 Blood vessels relax and expand, muscles warm up, and tension and stiffness are relieved.  If you choose the massage mode, each chamber inflates one at a time from foot to thigh to soothe and revitalize your muscles.  Simple and easy to operate, the control monitor allows you to choose circulation or massage mode, select operating time (15 to 30 minutes), adjust pressure during circulation mode, start / stop compression, and choose which areas are being massaged during massage mode.  Caution: Should not be used longer than 30 minutes at a time.
