Customs, Duties, Taxes and Import Fees

1. International customers may be subject to import duties & taxes, brokerage fees and/or charges from your local government agency which are the responsibility of the Buyer and are collected at the time of delivery. Your charge from us includes the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping

Returns

2. Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns / exchanges / full refund of merchandise must take place within 14 days of receipt of product.

All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc with a tracking code for inspection and processing prior to refund. The product's original factory seal must be intact. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us.
