I loved the idea of trying a body wash because I typically use a beauty bar soap. The bottle says to "lather with a puff & rinse". I don't own a puff and was concerned that it wouldn't lather as well with a washcloth, but I was pleasantly surprised with how sudsy the towel got. I was a bit skeptical of the "lock-in-moisture" claim because I always felt you could never really do that in the shower and that could only be accomplished with lotion after the shower. I was so surprised when I rubbed my hands across my body in the shower and again when I got out of the shower. This product really did lock in the moisture. And the smell...so great! Makes my skin smell good and I walked into my bathroom over an hour after taking a shower and it still smelled amazing in there.
