Q1) What do you mean by Factory Refurbished?
A1) These notebooks are refurbished by ASUS which means they have gone through the quality checks of ASUS.
Q2) How is the condition of the notebook?
A2) Since these are factory refurbished by ASUS, these notebooks are checked for cosmestic defects. They look and operate exactly like Brand New.
Q3) Is there MS Office installed?
A3) No, this does not come with MS Office
Q4) I received my notebook but i dont see the Windows 8 License Label. Where is it?
A5) Brand Manufacturers have started to code the License code in the BIOS itself. This is to prevent others from misusing the product key on other devices. The License Label is actually in your notebook itself. You will need to open up the notebook to see the label.
Q5) What kind of support do you provide?
A5) All notebooks sold come with 90 days warranty. You can get warranty support from ASUS or you can contact us for any warranty claim. Please note that we do not provide Software Support.
Q6) Can i downgrade Windows 8 to Windows 7?
A7) I DO NOT advise anyone to downgrade unless you know what you are doing. Windows 8 itself is not complicated. If you are used to Windows 7 interface, you can configure that in Windows 8. There is no need to remove. Please google for the configuration as we do not provide software support.
Q7) Where is the recovery disc?
A7) Asus notebooks come with recovery partition. You can do a recovery from the harddisk itself. Please search for instruction on how to recover.
